I wrote this song about losing a parent. The pain you feel when it seems like the world has stripped you of things you love. The thing I'm scared of most is forgetting who they are, their personality, their laugh. My parents are such big parts of my life, they're always there for me and such bright rays of sunshine. I feel they are the biggest role models in my life and I couldn't ask for anything better. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me and always want them to be around. Obviously I know that cant happen, so that's what I wrote this song about. The painful emotions of losing one of them. I hope it can help fill a void in you if you’ve lost someone close to you. I hope I never forget you.
