Day 3: Nobody's Nothing
"We think too much, we feel too little"
Behind The Lyrics
This song is about my tendency to over analyze situations which as a result, have caused me to miss out and neglect feelings that were present. Sometimes I tend to overthink situations to the point where I miss the beauty of what's right in front of me. I wrote this song to get myself to stop looking for whatever it was I was trying to find. I believe that everything falls into place at the right time in your life and I'm learning to stop trying to find whatever it is I'm looking for and appreciate what is present at the moment.
Nobody's Nothing
Lyrics
I'm in love with nothing
Nobody's nothing
Except that feeling I get
Whenever I'm with you
Girl you're Divine, pour more of that red wine
In between love and never enough
That shit will find me in time
Make room for self-love
Girl you're Divine, pour more of that red wine
We think too much, we feel too little
I'm in love with nothing
I'm in love with nothing
Nobody's nothing
No time for your loving
I'm in love with nothing
Nobody's nothing yea
I think that I love you
But I don't want to risk it
You may be Divine
But you're not with my time
We think too much, we feel too little
Nobody's nothing
No time for your loving
We think too much, we feel too little
The Meaning behind "Nobody's Nothing
Original Single Artwork
Sometimes I feel that I think too much and don't enjoy the moment I'm living. So I want to share a few times where I really felt alive. Playing live music is something I've always loved for as long as I can remember. Although I am a very shy person and terrified of talking to crowds lol, there is something about live music that gives me a sense of euphoria.
The 1975 is one of my favorite bands and this is a video I took of them playing one of my favorite songs. This was the first time I ever saw them play and it was absolutely incredible.
This is a photo of me at Horseshoe bend in Arizona. I visited here while I was traveling cross country with my brother and Dad. Being from the East Coast, I had never seen anything that compares to these sites before and this is certainly a site that made me appreciate life. Nature is wild
Thanks for being here
